We do not accept any PayPal Chargebacks for any reason whatsoever. Any player who claims for a chargeback will be banned from all Random Gamers servers without a refund.Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances unless we deem you deserve one. For example, if you didn't receive the service you paid for then we may be able to offer you a refund. Otherwise refunds cannot be issued.Price Changes
Random Gamers will not notify customers of any price changes that may occur.Donation
Any purchases made to Random Gamers are all classed as a donation in order to assist the server owners financially.
Package Removal
Random Gamers reserves the right to remove any package purchased by the player if they deem that the package is being misused in anyway, shape or form.
Package Delivery Times
Random Gamers has an automatic setup of packages upon purchase and will generally take 2-5 minutes for setup depending on the package. If there is a problem with setting up your package, it could take up to 24 hours for the setup of your package to complete.
Promotional Codes
Random Gamers is not responsible for promotion codes. If promotion codes do not work, Random Gamers will not be held responsible. A player may make a support ticket about the promotional code not working and the player will be given a new one.
